Pinnacle Food Group provides food distribution and supply services to restaurants, hotels, and foodservice establishments. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Food product sourcing and distribution
• Delivery services
• Account management and support
• Menu development consultation

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Use services in accordance with applicable laws
• Pay for services as agreed in separate service agreements

4. Limitation of Liability

Pinnacle Food Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination
